This second issue of Peradaban Hukum Nusantara (PERANTARA), Vol. 1 No. 2 (2024), presents eight original research articles that address diverse legal problems in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Topics include reproductive health regulation, reformulation of legality principles based on divine justice, indigenous rights in natural resource governance, and land lease agreements exceeding administrative terms. The issue also features studies on the philosophical roots of blasphemy law, social restriction policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, the pursuit of equality for persons with disabilities through universal design, and the accountability of insurance supervisors in the event of policy failure.
